CEO Anatoly Yurkevych:<\/i><br \/>\n<i><\/i><br \/>\n<i>\u201cRecent economic and political developments in Ukraine, including the conflict with the Russian Federation and the following ban of Ukrainian dairy export there, have impaired our ability to fully meet certain\u00a0syndicated\u00a0loan agreement obligations.<\/i><br \/>\n<i><\/i><br \/>\n<i>Our team is working to support the Group\u2019s liquidity and get back on track soon.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>In particular, we\u2019re\u00a0seekingto capitalise on the Group\u2019s cost advantage in the world market after Ukrainian hryvnia depreciation, participating in dairy import substitution in Russia, focusing on the promotion of ourdairyproducts in the EU, as well as actively seeking for a new markets to enter.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>These efforts, as I believe, will create a background for restoration of growth of the Group\u2019s top-line in the fourth quarter 2014 and in the beginning of 2015\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 24, Milkiland Group informed that it failed timely to fulfil some conditions of the Loan Facility Agreement with a syndicate of international banks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[74,86],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.1 -
