Results of recently published forth Survey of best practice of corporate governance by\u00a0Concorde Capital \u201cStandards of corporate Governance \u2013 2013\u201d independently confirmed the high quality of corporate governance of Milkiland.<\/p>\n

According to Concorde\u2019s analysts, Milkiland belongs to TOP6 leading companies maintaining the high standards of corporate governance out of 111 companies were\u00a0rated in the Survey.<\/p>\n

Several key aspects of the corporate governance, including presence and quality of IFRS reporting, protection of rights of minority shareholders, as well as openness of the company to the investors and other market players, were accessed in the Survey.<\/p>\n
