Milkiland divested its non-core ice-cream business

In line with its policy of streamlining of the product portfolio and focus on strategically attractive market segments Milkiland Group divested its non-core ice-cream production business. The respective ice-cream production equipment, inventories and trade-marks Kashtan, Stolytsa and Kazkove were sold to a local buyer. Ice-cream sales amounted to less than 1% in the revenue of the Group in 2010.
