Kyiv, 31 October 2011\u00a0\u2013\u00a0In its survey\u00a0 \u201cCorporate Governance in\u00a0Ukraine: Passing go\u201d, Concorde\u00a0Capital rated Milkiland\u00a0 TOP-10 in terms of quality of the corporate governance system and its value for the minority shareholders and investors.
\nThe\u00a0rating included 114 Ukrainian public companies listed at various trading floors. It was based on the set of criteria relevant to decision making while investing in Ukrainian equities: (1)\u00a0reporting\u00a0and discloser, (2) minority shareholders concerns, (3) quality of investor relations.
\nBased on the assessment of all of the criteria, Milkiland obtained the highest \u201cQuality\u201d rank as\u00a0a\u00a0company with high quality of IFRS reporting, transparent corporate structure, low risks for minority shareholders and good investor relations.<\/p>\n
