Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to declare a dividend to its shareholders in the amount of EUR 0.07 per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2013.

Thus, Milkiland is going to distribute 18.7% of the Net profit of the Group in the year 2013.
