In the past four months, 16 milk cooperatives supported by the Milkiland Group have started their operations in 12 regions of Ukraine. These cooperatives were established as unions of individual dairy farmers aimed to help them in developing of milk production infrastructure.

Agricompanies of Milkiland Group successfully finished harvesting of early grains and gathered 11,190 tons of grain, which is almost twice more than in 2010.

On Thursday, 18 July 2011, Milkiland welcomed a group of investors at Okhtyrka cheese plant in Sumy oblast of Ukraine.

Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has finished its 2011 inspection of Ukrainian milk and meat processing companies.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (“AMCU”) by its resolution dated 8 July 2011 retrospectively permitted DE “Milkiland Ukraine”, a wholly owned Ukrainian subsidiary of Milkiland N.V., to obtain control over 7 enterprises in Sumy region. The decision covers assets operated by the Group for some years.
