Milkiland Group together with Danone Ukraine will take part in the program of seminars for Ukrainian dairy companies aimed at studying of the requirements of the EU legislation to suppliers of dairy goods to European market.
Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to declare a dividend to its shareholders in the amount of EUR 0.07 per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2013.
On April 7 Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well‑being of the Russian Federation (Rospotrebnadzor) suspended the import of dairy goods produced by several Ukrainian producers to Russia, including cheese produced by Okhtyrka cheese combine.

On February 24, 2014, Milkiland obtained a credit financing from PJSC “Credit Agricole Bank”, Ukrainian subsidiary of Credit Agricole Group, in total amount of USD 15 million.
