Results of recently published forth Survey of best practice of corporate governance by Concorde Capital “Standards of corporate Governance – 2013” independently confirmed the high quality of corporate governance of Milkiland.

Milkiland started hard cheese production at its Polish-based subsidiary LLC Ostrowia. The first cheese under Ostrowia brand will be available for Polish consumers on July 1.

On April, 9, 2013 Federal Service on Customers Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance (Rospotrebnadzor) announced simplification of control procedures for exports of Ukrainian cheese to Russian Federation.

08 March 2013, Milkiland welcomed a group of Polish investors and analysts in the office of Milkiland EU (the 100% subsidiary of the Group operating dairy business in Poland and EU) and at “Ostrowia” cheese plant in Ostrów Mazowiecka town of Poland.

Milkiland acquired the assets of JSC “Syrodel”, a cheese plant located in Rylsk city of Kursk region (Russian Federation). The plant is designed to produce cheese (up to 3.5 kt/ year), whole milk products and butter.
