DE «Milkiland-Ukraine» on behalf of Milkiland Group welcomes the decision of Chief sanitary officer of Russia Gennady Onishchenko on investigations of Ukrainian cheese-making enterprises and ready to support visits of Rospotrebnadzor’s experts.
On February 7, 2012, cheese factories of Milkiland Group sent an official letter to Gennadiy Onischenko, Head of the Russian Federal Service on Customers’ Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance (Rospotrebnadzor). With this letter, Milkiland expressed its readiness to Mr. Onischenko’s proposal to cooperate directly with producing plants.
Milkiland’s cheese Vershkovy (Creamy), Smetankovy, Marble and King Arthur sold under Dobryana trademark have been tested by Russia’s leading independent testing institution “Soyuzekspertiza” of the Russian Chamber of Commerce.
Milkiland Group officially announces that it uses only natural raw milk to produce cheese. All Milkiland plants are certified under quality management system (ISO 9001) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (‘‘HACCP’’) methodology, which are used to ensure the high quality of cheese produced and would not allow the use of vegetable oils.
The syndicate of UniCredit International and Raiffeissen Bank International, coordinated by Royal Bank of Scotland, which all together acted as joint arrangers and bookrunners of the deal, provided a senior secured long-term loan to Milkiland N.V.
